This is a USS Fremont LPA-44 Med Cruise Book 1968-69
This hardback cruise book measures 8 1/2" x 11" 
The pages aren't numbered but the book is approx. 1/4" thick
There are some written notes including the name of the former owner on the inside cover.
The pages are all intact.  The binding is getting a little loose as you can see in the 5th photo
