This is a beautiful, reproduction, brown leather Colt 1911 .45 cal. dismounted holster.
It doesn't look like it was ever used although, judging by a few black marks inside, someone may have tried putting their pistol in it to see if it fits.
With the exception of the U.S., it is not marked.
